Public relations' office The Public Relations' Office of the Commune of Larciano is situated on the ground floor of the Town Hall, just in front of the register desks. This office gives to the citizens information about the administrative proceedings and about the Municipal Services, but also about other local authorities (Province, INPS etc.), and it helps to keep the bearings in the bureaucratic proceedings. Besides, at the Public Relations' Office it is possible to make a complaint about the Municipal activity; there will be an answer very soon. The local Administration will welcome all the citizens' complaints: in that way we will be able to understand better our weak points and we will try to improve our services for citizens. It is possible to make a complaint by filling in the suitable form. It is possible to apply to the Public Relations' Office by phone (n. 0039 573 858129) or by writing, or by e-mail to the address urp@comune.larciano.pt.it, and we will let you know the answer by the same means. The opening time is: from Monday to Friday 08.00-13.15, on Saturday 09.00-13.00. The Public Relations' Office carries on a lot of duties which help to improve the relationships between the Public Administration and the citizens: study on simplification of proceedings, agreements with other Public Administrations and with the associations in order to simplify the proceedings and to reduce the citizens' fulfilment, campaigns of public utility. By the opening of this office the Commune of Larciano made a great step forward in order to get more and more near to the citizens, to understand better their needs and to improve the inhabitants' quality of life. The Public Relations' Office is managed by the ensemble of the Communes of the Valdinievole est, together with Monsummano Terme, Lamporecchio and Pieve a Nievole.
